How is the food packaged for shipping?

Our meats are fully cooked, flash-frozen, and vacuum-sealed to preserve flavor. We ship orders in insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure they arrive at a safe temperature.

When will my order arrive?

We ship orders via FedEx Monday through Wednesday to ensure weekday delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your package leaves our facility, typically arriving within 1-2 days of shipment.

How do I reheat my Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que?

Each order includes detailed reheating instructions. Generally, we recommend thawing the meat in the refrigerator and then heating it in the oven or on the stovetop while still in the vacuum-sealed bag to maintain moisture.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship our BBQ within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot ship internationally at this time.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours for a resolution.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

No, FedEx requires a physical street address for all deliveries to ensure the package is handled correctly and delivered promptly. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
