Return Process

Email our guest services team with your order number and a brief description of the issue regarding your perishable or non-perishable items.
- 2.Provide Documentation
For items damaged during transit, please include clear photos of the packaging and product to help us expedite your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Review and Approval
Our team will review your request to determine eligibility for a replacement or refund, as we cannot accept physical returns of food products for safety reasons.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will process a replacement shipment or issue a credit to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
